Laura brings a wealth of experience from her time spent within the UK & US markets focused within heavy civil construction and engineering recruitment including major projects, as well as finance and accounting across a variety of SME businesses. Most recently Laura has focused within the nuclear & waste management sector partnering with internal hiring managers and candidates in order to fill a vast array of hard to fill roles. Operating with an ethos of fairness, transparency, trust, integrity and ethical practices, Laura has the expertise & network to support and navigate any hiring process.

Outside of work Laura is a health & fitness fanatic, enjoying cycling and the gym while also closely following rugby and football matches. Music is another passionate interest, alongside travelling and spending quality time with family and friends. Laura aims to explore and experience as many new adventures as possible in life, while also remembering to have some important down time!
